This Privacy Policy explains how Syntrx Technologies, LLC ("SYNTRX", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through syntrx.dev and when you buy or use our services. Our individual software products may publish additional privacy terms of their own.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and project details when you contact us or request a quote.
- Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited details such as your name, email, billing address, the last four digits of your card and payment status. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical information — our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
syntrx.dev does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and deliver the services you purchase.
- To process payments, send invoices and receipts, and manage subscriptions.
- To provide support and communicate about your projects and accounts.
- To keep our websites and services secure, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — such as our payment processor (Stripe), hosting providers and email providers — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
4. Data retention
We keep project, billing and communication records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
5. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@syntrx.dev. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.
7. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
